"Coming from the Twin Cities, this was a very pleasant four hour drive north into a wonderfully secluded lakeside cabin resort. While we didn't fish (it seems perfect for it), we did enjoy our time fixing a few slow meals in the cabin, getting out on the lake, watching the stars at night, and checking out a few nearby spots, like the county fair (that just happened to be perfectly timed with our trip) and bars/restaurants. Really beautiful land up by Northome, and recommend the stay for the area!"

The lake was a beautiful and we had a great time on the paddle boards and using the canoe. Judy was absolutely wonderful and a great host! We would love to come back again! "The cottage was perfect. It had comfortable beds and accommodated our group nicely. We enjoyed walking right on to the lake from the property and, to top it off, the sunsets were beautiful. Our host was very responsive to our questions and everything included in the listing was there."

"I traveled with a friend and we both found this cabin well-equipped every cooking utensil and pan that we wanted. We received a welcome visit from Judy when we arrived. She made sure we knew where everything was and invited us to ask for anything else we needed. The smores were great and sitting by the dock and on the large deck were great spaces to relax. "It's a beautiful cabin on a beautiful piece of land. I would recommend this place to anyone! If it's early spring, make sure you have 4 wheel drive, the dirt roads can get sloppy. The owner made check in and check out a breeze."

"The loft cabin was perfect for just us two. They supplied all of the kitchen necessities which were as great. We fished off the dock, took the paddle boat out, and went swimming in the pool. Very relaxing place. Only suggestion for guests would be to bring your own coffee mugs because theirs are small. And a suggestion for hosts—maybe a pool heater. It was pretty cold for August."

"We had an excellent time- I rented 3 of the condos (there are 4 in the building). The property was beautiful & clean- each condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out couch. We stayed in March but I would love to stay there in the summer."
