"This property is so charming, a refreshing change from hotels and condos we’ve stayed in during this trip. The location is so peaceful and it was lovely waking up to the sounds of the forest. In the evening we enjoying a cooling dip in the pool, the deck was nice for morning yoga and dinner was bbq followed by hot tub. As Brits, my kids noted how ‘English’ the renovation felt, olde worlde, but with stylish attention to detail et toiletries and bed linens etc. Thank you for letting us get a taste of history here in the Catskills."

"Where do I begin? My husband and I fell in love with this property from the moment we arrived. The staff were all so kind and helpful, from the front desk to the bartenders and servers in the restaurant. Our room was one of the cozier ones but was so well decorated with custom window treatments, wood paneling, Frette towels, sheets and robes. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner, the hiking trails on property, as well all of the little spots to sit an enjoy happy hour drinks and bites, which were delicious. This place is the real deal, and I look forward to staying here again."

"The Game Farm Villa was amazing! I was looking for a place for my large family to stay and the Villa far exceeded my expectations . From the moment you pull up to the property and see the red bridges and pond then open the front door and see the enormous space of every single room then the sauna, steam room , hot tub, pool and game room there was something for everyone! My group cant stop talking about what a wonderful place the Villa is- I would highly recommend and I plan to return again! The host answered all of my questions promptly . Also hike the trail in the backyard to see a waterfall . visit the zoo down the block and go for a horseback ride there as well or drive up the block to pass the old Catskill Game Farm the iconic sign is still there!"

"This place was amazing, meeting all our expectations and then some. Immaculate, high-ceilinged, comfortable open space. Each BR was most attractive and well equipped, mattresses, linens, pillows, etc. The exterior area was expansive. Great pool (4 feet deep) with lots of toys provided, hot tub and fire pit. The pond was an added bonus which our 10 yo grandson loved fishing everyday. Plenty of catch and release wdie mouth bass. Many things nearby including golf, Windham, the Irish Alps in East Durham (Furlong's Pub should not be missed). We highly recommend this rental."
