"We have visited Wally World once before in the summer. That time: excellent. This time, water in main pool was tepid. Fortunately the small in ground cement “hot tubs” were warm enough. Unit next to us had unattended dog which barked and whimpered until after 10 when people probably returned to room. Bothersome."

"Unit was somewhat spartan, but exactly as advertised. No real complaints. Love the jet tub in the bathroom. Lots of postit notes everywhere telling how to operate various things ... laugh-worthy, but useful. TV in 2nd bedroom didn't work so well ... but the TV in the master bedroom worked fine ... as long as you minded the the postit note to "press the buttons on the remote very hard." Wifi went out occassionally. Three flights of stairs were doable ... until I broke my leg (not a joke). No problems with management. Getting access to unit easy. Suggestion: Get a bigger TV for the family room ... c'mon, they're pretty cheap. If your wife and kids have been spoiled with luxury like mine, than this unit may not be for you. But, I give it a thumbs up."
