If I wanted to check in 25 minutes early, I would have been charged an extra $25. Ridiculous. The electricity was out in my bathroom. When my sister went to her room, she turned on the bathroom lights, heard a sizzling sound and her bathroom lights went out. Scary. Harrah’s has one of the best locations on the Strip, but they need to up their game. I’ll never stay there again.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.
