"We had a wonderful stay at this holiday house in Umina Beach. The house was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms, making it perfect for our family. The views were absolutely beautiful, overlooking the beach, and having private access to the beach was a huge highlight for us.The outdoor back area was massive and great for relaxing and spending time together. Everything inside the house was clean, tidy, and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. Another bonus was the location, the shops were only a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient.Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we would happily return."

"The host Maree was so kind, very responsive and extremely helpful. The house was beautifully presented, very clean and suited our family of five perfectly. The heated spa and pool were all amazing and the outdoor kitchen made meal prep for the family a dream. The views were amazing and our boys had an incredible time fishing off the private deck and caught plenty of fish. Having full laundry facilities available as well as 2 fridges and freezers both with ice making facilities, a wine fridge and 2 dishwashers was pure luxury. Having our lab Bella allowed to come too was also heaven. We will definitely be back "

" All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. The cabin was compact (pretty small) but modern, really clean and practical. 2 x Good swimming pool, 2 x Good Jumping pillow, for both little ones and bigger kids. The staff and cleaners were working hard every day to keep this holiday resort nice and clean. There is a massive playground including a big skate park nearby. We had a great stay and so we would like to come back here one day. Highly recommend. "

"We found the Boathouse to be an exceptional location with the jetty and fishing opportunities making a perfect short holiday for our family. Even though there are surrounding properties it still felt secluded and private. We enjoyed watching the ospreys and pelicans fishing for their dinners. Perfect hosts with all information and conveniences provided. "
