"Here’s a polished version of your review: --- This was a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. When the heat and air wouldn’t turn on, we called the front desk and within 10 minutes two maintenance workers arrived. They quickly moved us to a new room and even offered to help with our belongings. Outstanding service! "

"This place was s amazing and so was the host Mary and property managers RJ and Angel. Communication was fantastic and the host was very accommodating even making sure we had a waffle maker. The beds were all very comfortable and the sunsets each night were breathtaking. We will definitely be coming again if we ever get back to Prestonsburg. "
