"Property was beautiful! The amenities were great, however there was only. A Keurig so if you’re huge coffee drinkers, bring a pot! Not a lot of pans to prepare food but with the grill on the firepit we made it all work! There were spices in the kitchen but as you know things get old so glad we picked up a few things! Very up to date inside, few minor things but nothing that slowed us down! Everything seemed to work, really no complaints at all. Shower drain was a tad slow but that could...

"This house was amazing for our little friend group! Very clean, and has a rope swing outside along with the ping pong table. My friends and I loved staying in this house!"

"We loved our night at the Red Hobbit! My 10 year old son was in total heaven. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and the shower surrounded by electric candles was pretty magical. We ate breakfast on the picnic table drinking out of the mushroom mugs, while my kids ran around the “shire.” We had a blast, and my son is already asking when we can go back :) Thanks! "

"Fantastic property with a fantastic host! "

"Great property. New, clean, and modern. We all enjoyed the hot tub, hammock, and the sauna. Nice wooded area very near Campton. Lots of extras provided including shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee creamer, chocolates, full spice rack, nice cookware, etc. Our kids stayed in the loft with 2 beds. Hill getting to the cabin is steep (as explained in property description), but we made it fine even when our truck wasn’t in 4 wheel drive. Great family vacation!"
