"Location was great just 4 miles from the Kentucky horse park parking was easy. Staff could’ve been friendlier and more accessible and the rooms… some things were broken damaged dirty stained not impressed with the cleanliness."

"Nice to have hot cooked eggs instead of boiled eggs at other hotels. The room was clean, and at a nice quiet spot. Convenient walk to a Cracker Barrel next door and a convenience store at a gas station. Staff was welcoming and explained all amenities and pool hours well."

"I really enjoyed the modern look of the room. The pocket bathroom door made the space feel open and spacious, and the layout was thoughtfully designed to maximize every inch of the room. Comfortable, clean, and very well planned overall."

"The front desk staff and valets were top notch, professional and friendly. Rooms were somewhat dated, but clean overall, except for the lower shelves of the bathroom vanity which was dirty and dusty, including the hairdryer. The pool area was very nice and clean, and our little ones had a good time there. The huge seling point for this hotel is it's being connected to the Rupp Center. I would definitely stay here for any event I was attending at the Rupp Center. The breakfast bar had a good selection, but ridiculous price. We have received breakfast bars that were just as good and with just as much variety for free at cheaper hotels in large cities. $26.00 per person is way too much. As well, when I tipped my waitress, she did not bring my change back and I had given a 20% tip."
