"Room had bugs and were seen immediately. TV’s didn’t work and front desk didn’t know how to help. At midnight front desk called to say they could send someone to look at TV’s . We had been asleep for 2 hours. Slept on towels on top of bed. Couldn’t wait To get out of thetry"

"Older facilities, but clean. The room was very dark. Poor lighting in the room itself."

"The property needs to be updated. The building is over40 years old and it shows. The showerheads are probably the cheapest available as it's a coffee maker in the room. I don't think there's any excuse for that that said the staff was especially accommodating when my initial room was like a sauna. However, is not something I understand. I probably will stay there again given the price is very reasonable. That compared to others in the downtown area."

"Try to stay at the Elwood when we come to Lexington. Always a very nice experience. Unique hotel with food and bar access, pleasant staff, and convenient."
