"Very nice hotel "

"Heating units hard to work and seem to reset to their default ac setting everyday. Did not refresh toilet paper. Small bottles of shampoo and body wash really only enough for one. Big concern. The hotel added $199 in additional fees that they said Expedia does not add nor disclose. The hotel told we were paid in full at check in. They charged fees at check out. "

"Mike was very on top of communication and when one of the smoke alarms had a dead battery he had someone out there within minutes to stop the chirping. Appreciate the space as the photos don't do justice to the size and openness of the home. "

"The gym and pool were under key card. Parking was spacious at least in back I was able to turn around my trailer. Coffee in room was actually good "

"Listing is as described. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Very close access to grocery and to main roads. Beds were comfortable. Everything smelled and looked clean. Would recommend to others!"

"We were attending a wedding at the Kentucky Castle. This location was very convenient and the accommodations were excellent. Will stay again if I’m ever in the area."
