"I love how this host has a lot of little extras that you would normally need to bring or purchase. Water, snacks, First aide kit, sun screen, sewing kit, spices, cooking oil… and the list goes on. Lovely host and home. When I come back to this area, I will definitely stay here again. I also love how it’s outside of Bowling Green so it was very peaceful yet close enough to everything we needed and wanted to do. We had everything we needed here and then some."

The space was great for allowing large groups to gather both inside and out. The lake views were fantastic and the game room was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend Dave’s property for any and all large groups. "

"Great Lake house for our kids and grandkids. Met all of our expectations! It was super clean and had every amenity we needed! Loved the new deck overlooking the lake and the big screen TV was great in the evenings. Our family loved eating in big dining area beside the kitchen and played a lot of games in the second dining area! Highly recommend to any large family or group of families! You will love it! Oh, we had a great time fishing off the private deck!"
