"Our stay was wonderful, the staff was excellent. There furniture has wear. But it’s a beautiful hotel. We were there on a Saturday morning and only one man was working the whole grill area. He did a great job however. Of course everyone waited quite a while for their order. I feel that was completely unnecessary. There are I believe over 400 rooms filled and one person to make omelets, waffle and other items in a very limited time frame. As nice as the hotel is it didn’t look good at all about the care for their guests and especially for their employees. If you don’t treat your employees right you won’t treat your guest right. It’s beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay very much. "

"The room was spacious and bed very comfortable with soft sheets. The window shade truly blocked out light which is rare. Quiet and restful after days of hospital visits. I ate twice in restaurant for dinner and it was delicious. A very pleasant stay."

"Got to the room and it was dirty, ie: long hair all over the shirt, stained wash cloths etc.. mattress was bad and seemed old. You could feel the base When laying in it and was nosey like it was covered in a vinyl bag. Every time you move, you felt and sounded like you were inside of a paper bag. Front desk seemed annoyed when I asked to have new wash cloths changed out and the shower cleaned. Normally I don’t complain, but when I pay almost $500 for a week, I expected to at least be uncomfortable. Definitely not what normal 21C hotels are like. "
