The Space:
Welcome to our Graeagle escape in the beautiful Lost Sierra!
Our goal is to provide a comfortable, relaxed, and memorable stay in a home we truly
treasure.
Inside, you’ll find a freshly updated space with new furnishings, brand-new bedding, and
premium bath towels throughout. The well-appointed kitchen features solid surface
countertops and is fully stocked with new cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, and
everything you need to cook and gather with ease.
Step outside and unwind on the deck overlooking the peaceful pond and golf
course—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon barbecues, or an evening drink while
taking in the scenery. The outdoor dining table seats eight, making it ideal for meals
under the open sky. Upstairs, a private deck offers a cozy spot for two to enjoy sunsets,
watch golfers pass by, or simply relax and listen to the birds.
After a day of golf or exploring, settle into the comfortable living area with plush seating
and a 65" Smart TV with Dish Network, Netflix, and Amazon TV. For a little fun, enjoy a
selection of games for all ages, including Anomia, Wordle, and Ruin It.
This townhome offers three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a brand-new
mattress. Two of the bedrooms feature TVs with Dish Network for added convenience.

**There is a small security camera pointed DOWN below the deck behind the BBQ This camera monitors the sump pump for flooding only and is not a guest monitoring camera.
Guest Access:
Reservations include use of our private pool located at 126 Cottonwood Drive. We will text you the code upon arrival
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is close to the charming village of Graeagle, CA Within easy driving or walking distance, you are close to golf courses, restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable. Public parking is available free of charge. Remember we ask you not to park on the street but in the driveway or numbered parking for your vacation rental home.
Other Things to Note:
We have a 3 night minimum for holiday reservations. The electronic Rental agreement that we send you must be signed before the door code is given to you.
Interaction with Guests:
**Please be aware that we are a Vacation Rental management company and we manage homes for owners.
We are open 7 days a week during peak season Mid-May to the end of October. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests, phone calls and texts are: 7 days a week 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season (M-F 10-3 during winter season) to answer any questions you may have!
