This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is the perfect entertainment home for your family or a golf getaway. And yes, it IS our most popular 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home! Use of our pool included with your reservation.



Located on the 16th fairway, it has been completely renovated to feature a "Great Room" with hickory wood floors

Custom-made kitchen island that seats 6

Large wall-mounted flat screen TV, visible throughout living area - 65 inch Brand newer Sony.  46 inch screen in the master bedroom for viewing from the awesome king bed.

Large sectional in the living room

The fantastic deck faces the golf course - Owner added an addition to the deck to bring you even closer to nature and the scenic view

Guests in master bedroom wake to the sun rising through the pines over fairway, then shade shelters the deck by mid-afternoon on warm summer days

Newer appliances and  furnishings



This home has so much to offer -- (Regular coffee maker that uses grounds)



Guest Access:

Reservations include use of our private pool located at 126 Cottonwood Drive. We will text you the code upon arrival



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is close to the charming village of Graeagle, CA Within easy driving or walking distance, you are close to golf courses, restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails.



Getting Around:

There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable. Public parking is available free of charge. Remember we ask you not to park on the street but in the driveway or numbered parking for your vacation rental home.



Other Things to Note:

We have a 3 night minimum for holiday reservations. The electronic Rental agreement that we send you must be signed before the door code is given to you.



Interaction with Guests:

**Please be aware that we are Vacation Rental management company and we mange homes for owners.



We are open 7 days a week during peak season Mid-May to the end of October. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests, phone calls and texts is: 7 days a week 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season (M-F 10-3 during winter season) to answer any questions you may have!

this home was wonderful! Fully stocked w/ everything you would need to make an enjoyable stay. Management was timely and very friendly. We will be coming back!!
