Tons of room, really 8 bedrooms, for big families. Very nice and modern. Great doc for lounging or overnight boat rental. Game room is off the chain.

We enjoyed our stay with our large family! The house was well stocked and very spacious. The walk to the dock was easy for our group ranging in age from 1-66. Our crew enjoyed swimming and floating around by the dock. We were able to dock two boats that we brought. The house was clean however, housekeeping should give more attention to under beds and couches as a couple of items were discovered from prior guests. The game room was a big hit. Jessica was readily available to answer questions and provide help as needed.

Another GREAT year @ Lake Nottley

This is our 3rd visit to the same property. The location is perfect and the house suits all of our needs. It feels like we are returning to our home away from home. Amazing getaway!

Four best friends and all of our families enjoyed an amazing Labor Day weekend on Nottely Lake. The house was just as described with all the amenities to serve these families. There is so much to do that we didn’t even have to leave the property. The property manager did an excellent job of communicating throughout our stay. Excellent getaway!!

We had a wonderful time with our group of friends/family celebrating our birthdays and wedding anniversary. Kids enjoyed the game room, and we loved swimming in the lake. Having an extra TV space upstairs was PERFECT for a teen hangout. House was clean and spacious, and very well stocked, including helpful things like crock pot, life vests, and paper towels. We would definitely come again.

great family gathering

The lake house stay was for an impromptu family gathering of extended family. My family of 6 stayed at the property. It did not disappoint. Well stocked and very clean. Very spacious. We had extended family of all ages stopping in and out during the day with plenty to do for all. The host was quick to answer questions and touched base for check in and check out. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Simply amazing!

It was one of the most amazing houses we've ever rented with fabulous views of the lake. Everything was so well thought out, starting with pantry supplies and finishing with swimming at the lake equipment . Great communication with the host. We invited some of our dear customers to stay over the weekend with us and it was a pure delight for everyone. Will definitely rent this house again.

Bring the entire family!!!!

The house was perfect inside...bedrooms on all 3 floors with numerous bathrooms so no one was on top of each other. Kids and adults enjoyed s'mores outside and of course everyone fished on the docks, grilled steaks outside and caught toads around the premises. So much to do all day, plus a peaceful evening spent on the deck after the little ones went to bed. We even tried the game room on our last night because we didn't have time during the week. Wonderful family vacation!

The house was exceptionally clean and gorgeous! The kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you would need to cook or eat with. There is something for everyone to do there, from all the different games inside to the water stuff outside. My grandkids loved taking trips out on the kayak to fishing off the dock and splashing in the jacquzzi. The Property Manager, Jessica was a dream to work with! Can’t wait to be able to do a return stay!

We had a large group that stayed in home. Plenty of room for everyone to relax an socialize. Very well stocked with extras like pods for laundry a dishwasher. , tea etc… with all the stuff . An awesome home

I was there with seven other guys for my son's bachelor weekend. This house was perfect for that group and a great house for any group. Lots of big beds, amazing game room, expansive kitchen and dining area. The home had a nice outdoor fireplace and a dock on the lake. The property manager was very attentive and responded quickly on any of my questions. This was an important weekend for my son and all of his groomsmen and our choice of this home delivered. We would definitely come back in the future. I would recommend this to anyone or any family looking for a great lakeside vacation or getaway. Good food choices and boat rentals in Blairsville as well as great nearby golf.

Perfect for a large group

We had 12 adults & 4 kids under 3 for a chill New Year’s Eve weekend. The house could handle all of us without feeling cramped. While the listing says 7 bedrooms, there’s another room upstairs with a twin bed, so technically there are 8 rooms with beds. There’s a second refrigerator in the garage that was a necessity for our large group. The kitchen was stocked with spices & even had popcorn. The property manager left us the fixings for s’mores which the kids loved hanging down at the fire pit & making. The game room was perfect for late night hangs - with the kids sleeping upstairs unaware. Hoping to come back in the summertime to take advantage of the lake.

Great Lakeside Stay for Extended Family Gathering

Overall an awesome experience. Highly recommend this property. Open floor plan has dinner seating for 18. Pics don't do this justice. Our group of 14 fit perfectly. Bunk room with beds for 6 kids and great game options, hot but, fire pit, and lakeside dock with water access in late December provided lots of options for all. House is very well maintained. 2 Keurigs, one of which will brew a pot using grinds, so great options there. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes, along with basic spices. Refrigerators (there are 2) don't have door shelves. But plenty of space. Double oven was a great blessing for Christmas Dinner. Hot tub fits 5 comfortably. The water was changed before we arrived; not sure if this is done every stay. Could mean a little delay getting up to temp; but appreciated. There were 2 towels provided specifically for this. We had to provide our own firewood; not a problem as Blairsville is only 10 mins away. Hosts provided some basic Smores ingredients; nice touch and appreciated. Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher are all updated and worked great. Parking is limited. But with careful arrangement we were easily able fit our 5 vehicles in the available space. Master Suite (BR1) stayed a little cooler than the rest of the house at 25 outside (very high vaulted ceiling and exterior walls... Great for us as we prefer to sleep cooler for better sleep.) Didn't hear any complaints from our other family units about their room temps.
