"Cheap but ok stay"

"For the great price and location to TSU, it’s the best hotel in the area.. Lobby is super nice and has a restaurant/bar. The rooms and property were clean, and they even text you to make sure everything is up to your standards. Will be the only place I stay when visiting my son at school. "

"Great location near Texas State University, where our daughter attends. The house was spacious enough for our family of four, consisting of two adults and two teenagers. We were not comfortable with a camera in the living room, but the owners were ok with us unplugging it during our stay. "

"The house is lovely and clean. Jules was great and very responsive to texts and emails. My family and I enjoyed watching movies in the living room while our 3 year old had a blast playing with the puzzles, labyrinth, and train set. Everyone slept well thanks to all the beds having VERY comfortable mattresses. We wished our stay could have been longer, but hope to stay here again in the future!"

"This place is absolutely beautiful. From the spacious layout of the house to the amazing sunrise, there is nothing but comfort in this place. We had a group of nine friends from our Renaissance festival clan who came together for the last weekend river float of the season. There was plenty of room for everyone! The surprise in one room’s closets was probably the most unexpected and fun detail of this house. The hosts were super easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for an easier process. We are already talking about coming back for next years floats!"
