"The room was beautiful and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay, though our friends and family mentioned that the sister property offered a better and fresher selection. One downside was the garbage bin in the main lobby, which was already overflowing the night (3pm) before and remained that way when we checked out."

"3 night stay never cleaned room , emptied overflowing garbage or replaced facial tissue , toilet tissue , or shampoo even after I asked twice once calling the front desk and once asking in person. I was told someone would look after it immediately, but no one showed up to my room. Poor service !!!!!"
