"This was our second time staying with Sue and Al and will definitely not be our last. We were welcomed with open arms and shown towards our well-appointed room. Their knowledge and helpfulness towards local sites and dining establishments is great. Breakfast was very delicious and abundant with a wonderful variety of food. We have no complaints and enjoyed spending time with them and the other guests. They treat us like family."

"Whispering Pines is always wonderful to stay at! This was our fifth year coming to Whispering Pines as a family. The property is breathtaking and the hosts are wonderful and easy to communicate with! There is always something fun to do on the property, whether it be swimming, walking the trail, or having a campfire. We look forward to continuing to stay at Whispering Pines in the future!"

"Nice clean room with comfortable beds and decor. BUT Located in the middle of the building so no windows only a skylight. The check in was a mess because the bar staff checked us in and couldn’t answer questions. If you book this place, unload your bags in the parking directly behind the building and bring your bags up THEN go to the parking lot indicated, it’s across the street."
