Well located hotel convenient to metro stop with some mini markets as well as some nice bars/restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fresh and adequate for our stay. We stayed in Room 501( just opposite the lift, though no problem with noise, and could get a good night's rest). The room very clean and comfortable with extra large bed and tastefully decorated with a nice Parisienne vibe.

The location was great for us. The staff were all very helpful. I saw some reviews that said the rooms were small... I was in the smallest room, and it was totally fine and pretty normal for a city hotel. I'd happily stay again.

Most Staff unhelpful and most rude to foreigners. Some staff are helpful and try to go above and beyond, it kind of makes up for all the other rude staff. No hair conditioner for the day 1 and asked for it and never came. One light off and power outlet doesn’t work. The staff just pretended to do his job but didn’t. Other Novotels is good but not for the Enry one.
