Seven cycling and hiking trails converge in our village, including the Way of St. James, the Castle Trail, and the Kocher-Jagst Trail.

About 2 km from Ehringshausen, there is a small outdoor swimming pool, as well as a local bakery with a small grocery section.

Larger supermarkets are about 8–10 km away.

Nearby are the castles of Langenburg, Weikersheim, Schillingsfürst, Bartenstein, Niederstetten, Schrozberg, and Bad Mergentheim. Near Bad Mergentheim is our famous wildlife park, and in the town itself, you’ll find the Kurpark and the Solymar.

About 17 km away lies the medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, known, for example, for Käthe Wohlfahrt’s Christmas Museum and much more.

Travelling downstream along the Tauber River, you’ll drive through the Tauber Valley along the Romantic Road, where many small villages invite you to stop and linger.
