Die angepriesene Komfortneubauwohnung ist eigentlich ein Schweinestall - es ist eine Unverschämtheit, eine Wohnung in diesem Zustand zu vermieten!Wir haben Sie diese Woche bereits informiert, aber bis heute keine Rückmeldung bekommen.- die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt, Haare vom vorherigen Mieter an den Wandfliesen- kein Wasserhahn in der Küche, nur ein Stück Schlauch- der Kühlschrank ähnelt einer Bakterienzucht- Fernseher nicht vorhanden- Keine Heizungusw. Bilder hatten wir Ihnen bereits mit unserem ersten Schreiben ins Portal gestellt.Wir konnten für unsere Mitarbeiter leider keine anderweitige Unterkunft buchen, da in der Umgebung alles ausgebucht war.Aufgrund der unzumutbaren Zustände in der Wohnung erwarten wir umgehende Rückerstattung.Wir hatten diese Wohnung bereits für einen vorherigen Zeitraum gebucht. Der Vermieter rief uns an und teilte uns mit, dass die Wohnung eigentlich nicht frei wäre und dass wir bei Ihnen direkt stornieren sollen. Sie wiederum teilten uns mit, dass der Vermieter die Stornierung bestätigen müsste, damit wir eine Rückerstattung bekommen. Erst nach einigen Telefonaten willigte der Vermieter ein. Angeblich würde er selbst dann auf 100 sitzen bleiben....Evtl. sollten Sie mal den Vermieter prüfen...In Erwartung einer baldigen Stellungnahme und Rückerstattung Ihrerseits verbleiben wir mit freundlichen GrüßenMichael Schmidt Fliesenfachgeschäft GmbH
