"The employees, views were great. But: There was a green plastic floss pick the stood out on the dark carpet on the stairway. It was on the center of the step. Outside stairway going to the top level on Friday afternoon. Sunday afternoon it was still there. Maybe the floss pickup employee was on vacation during the weekend and the other employees had the “it’s no my job” attitude. I was tempted to pick it up but wanted to see how long it would sit there."

"We visited Ballards with a group of friends to celebrate a 55th birthday, and we had a great experience. Three couples in our group stayed 2 nights, and the rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. Having an AC was a plus! We rented cabanas on the beach which made the experience even better. The food was very good, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall we had a great time celebrating at Ballard’s and would definitely recommend it."

"Loved the space. We thought an extra mirror or long mirror would be helpful. Hooks for towels or another towel bar would work too maybe e near the sink for hand towels. Aldo a shelf under the sink for toiletries. Just minor things but make a difference. Even a soap dish. We have to use a towel or napkin for soap. Other than that’d everyone was very attentive and helpful for calling cabs etc. we loved the close proximity to everything. Thank you. The AC was awesome too."

"The whole experience at Hotel Manisses was wonderful ! The front desk was very helpful and had great recommendations for restaurants. They had our room ready early so that gave us a chance to get situated and have an extra day at the beach. I can’t say anything negative about the whole experience.❤️"

"My large brood LOVED the size of the house! Each family had their own suite which ensured we were all happy!The location was ideal for walking into town, the farm, dinners , and even town beach ( 1 mile away)Douglas was excellent at replying to communication...immediately! I have so many pictures and memories and it seems like yesterday I was here with only 3 children, now it's 3 children plus their excellent spouses along with 5...going on 6 perfect grandchildren!!! My daughter was engaged here, my youngest announced their pregnancy!!Such memories....."

"My family and I have been coming to Block Island for years and found Keith’s property this year. We had a wonderful time. The location is so convenient to the beaches and the views are amazing. Keith was very responsive and was always available for any questions. It is a great property to stay at while on the Island. We most definitely will be back!-Steve C."
