"Location ia excellent! Beware large school groups that may travel together as this hotel caters to that, aka there may be a wait for an elevator. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Beds very cozy. Bathrooms need a fan and some updates as there were cracks and mildew stains. Overall glad it was so close to everything you want to be at, and transportion too! With just a touch of elegance to begin and end your day, its a great choice"

"Having activities in the hotel is definitely convenient. Access to other hotels via the tram is great. Wish there was a kettle for hot tea in the room as well as a mini fridge. Then I could have kept some of my leftover dinner for later and not stuffed my belly."

"The arrival to the resort and checking in area is beautiful. The only problem are the rooms. Very outdated, bathrooms are honestly disgusting had to shower with sandals on. Bath tub was clogged, bathroom sink was clogged complained to front desk did nothing. Main bedroom had a hole in the ceiling. Pool area was nice, the staff is very friendly. "
