"The only thing that let the property down was the lighting in the bathroom was very low and the shower was cramped with the roof beam running through it so i kept hitting my head other than that excellent and the staff were great."

"Demitris is an exceptional reception staff! He made our stay incredible with his warm smile, attentiveness and enthusiasm! The place is very modern and clean. We got upgraded to a suit and it was absolutely amazing! My sons had their regular room, but that was also very nice! There is no parking, but you really don’t need one here as you are within walking about 4-8 mins distance to all the amazing restaurants and shops! The view from this hotel is exceptional! "
"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Booked the maisonette for a family of 4 which was perfect. Rooms were good size, breakfast buffet had a great selection, pools were nice. Gym could be improved as well as an omelet station at breakfast! Overall great value and convenient location-10-15 min walk to Old Town. Beach just down the street on from of he property. Would recommend! "

"Check in was a cluster. I got a "side sea view" room, which was $$, and I got a room that has ZERO sea view and they kept trying to say I got an upgrade to a "suite" (which it was not). I wanted water, I got none, and they insisted, rudely, that I was in the wrong. Eventually they changed me to a side sea view. IMO there is NO WAY this is a 4-5 star resort. 2 at best. Seems like a cheap motel with a nice restaurant and pool with sea front views."
