The location is premium! We got a room on the 17 floor with amazing views. The beds are comfortable and we had a maid cleaning the room daily, who did a good job. The rooms are a bit dated, and lack of fridges, microwaves or coffee machines. This hotel has two very convenient entrances, one in 45th and one on 44, so that will save you a little bit of walking!!!! I would recommend staying in this hotel. The concierge staff is very helpful.

"If you just need a clean bed to sleep in, this is your place. The “cafe” is never open, pool closed, fountain drained, elevator floor cracked, the bar can’t take credit cards and everything is just old, no updates to anything.
