Excellent staff, check in and lobby, and valet people very friendly and accommodating. Check in was at 4pm but the room was available at 10am, given with a smile. Lobby experience is great, nice bar, 2 cosy restaurants adjacent. Room well appointed, smell was great. TV remote came in a sterile packet. Many stores and restaurants outside the door. This hotel is an A.

The area around the property was excellent. It felt very safe and quiet, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Everything was walkable, which made the stay very convenient. Parking was easy, and transportation access was great. Overall, a great location and an enjoyable stay.
