"Room was small , bathroom was tiny, hallway smelt strongly of mold, toilet paper was rough and we had to buy our own. Elevator was extremely slow. Breakfast was okay and bed was clean. The ac in the room barely worked. We set it to 58 and our room was still warm"

When we returned, the bed was semi made with the same stained sheets. We went down and asked for new clean sheets and remade beds ourselves. Rooms were not cleaned like they normally are daily. Was just not the experience we remember and we do not plan on returning. "
