"We loved this property we found it to be wonderful and excellent location. We had a little bit of a problem our key card would not open the door, we contacted day manager and she came down with a bucket of keys! All numbered but in no particular order. I was holding the bucket for her while she tried keys. This lady never lost her composure, the smile never left her face, she had been in contact with the lock company who was several hours away. She kept apologizing even though we knew it was not her fault, while I was holding a bucket I looked down and saw one of the keys was numbered 1 2 0 and that was our room number! This lady was as happy as we were if not more. We told her when we checked out that she was the hero of our trip because she helped us get back in our room, and as we said before the smile never left her face. She might have been grumbling inside, but we could not see it. I wish I had gotten her name, because she deserves to be commended!"

"The home instantly welcomed you with all of its charm. Excellent attention to detail with the decor, easy open windows, room darkening blinds etc. Communication & cleanliness were both great. Visited with my 8 year old son and we both loved every minute!Just show up and be ready to soak up the magical forest. (Ok bring bacon, eggs & potatoes because the portable induction range is awesome),Convenient access to the Parkway, Sylva, Dillsboro, Cherokee and Waynesville. 100/10 - can’t wait to return! "
