"No late check out available and didn't realize that was not an option beforehand; staff knock/pound on the door like you are in boot camp every ten minutes even before check out time and several guests were also upset the same day, not just me. One said “check out should be at 12:00 if this is how it is. We shouldn't get charged because we didn't know we would be treated this way the morning after.” Went to relax and get away with my best friend but it was not something that happened. Who goes Drill Sargent on guests to get them out and basically kick them out? Will never stay there again."
