Bluff Point Golf Resort

Stayed six nights. After not cleaning the room the first two nights, I asked the every day when got back from work to please clean that next day while I was working, they said at office they "sorry it wasn't cleaned yet, we will make sure and have it cleaned tomorrow ". Well that never happened, my room wasn't cleaned the whole Stay.

The location and amenities inside the hotel were great. The hotel beds were very comfortable. Our room door was crooked and you could see an inch at the top, the seal wasnt tight, so the door could move freely about an inch. The floor seemed damp in areas, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. They ran out of towels several times, the water went cold for a day in the shower. We had booked for a whole week, but between the location, price and amenities we stayed since we weren’t spending much time there. There was a young man behind the counter who was very nice and took very good care of us. Overall I’d say this place really needs to be renovated and a deep cleaning. But we loved the games, the pool and the nice helpful staff.
