"Great property. Nice house and beautiful surroundings. My youngest insists on adding that it was kid-friendly. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. Clean house. Game room was nice - it will be better when the weather gets colder. Interesting things to do around. Wellsboro itself was, as they say, quaint little town. Trails around the local version of Grand Canyon were pretty. But you do not actually have to leave the property - its own trails are enough to investigate for a few days."

"Room was very nice but I was surprised that in 2026 there was not even 1 USB port in the room for charging, I thought by now every hotel would have some in their rooms, we brought our own usb ports but had to go purchase an extra plug. I liked the location, could walk to many shops and eateries so that was a plus! Wellsboro is a nice little town, would definitely come back but might try the Penn Wells Hotel next time so that we would have eating and bar in same building as we are staying."

"Fountain View II was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay during our short trip to Wellsboro. We enjoyed hiking during the day and had a lovely home to come back to for relaxing in the evening. Being so close to downtown Wellsboro made its location perfect."

"Such a charming and welcoming country home. Upon entering, we were greeted with pretty fresh flowers on the kitchen table that were picked from the beautiful garden. The home was very clean and well stocked. It felt sweetly nostalgic. The hosts were great, very receptive and attentive to our needs. The property and surroundings lended an abundance of gorgeous flowers, an old barn with so much character, and amazing sunsrises and sunsets. We saw deer every morning which was a wonderful bonus to our stay in Tioga. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so very much for making us feel right at home!"
