Immaculate, peaceful with welcoming and helpful staff. Our room had a great view and I liked the design of the hotel so it was a lovely place to be, and cleverly placed at the side of a bay and also easily and quickly accessible by car.

Fantastic! Staff super attentive and felt very welcome the whole time. Helpful for requests in the property as well as planning outside the property. Lovely oceanfront with direct access for swimming in the sea and pool. Easy parking, great breakfast and easy to book spa experiences. Highly recommend!! We would book again next time in Madeira!

Room needs kettle and tea/coffee. Bed wasn’t too bad, but pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was buffet with hot and cold choices. Staff were very friendly. Swimming pool is heated and hot tub a welcome break! Two free car parks at front and rear of hotel.
