"Nuestra experiencia en Sanctuary Cap Cana fue una mezcla de emociones. Lo mejor del resort, sin duda alguna, fue su personal. Quiero reconocer especialmente a Glory, de Casa Bella, quien siempre nos recibió con una sonrisa y tenía listo para nosotros un hermoso plato de frutas cortadas especialmente para nosotros, incluyendo mangos, que sabía que tanto disfrutábamos. También queremos agradecer a Juan, quien nos atendió durante nuestros desayunos y siempre fue amable, atento y profesional. Un agradecimiento muy especial para Sheyla, quien trabajaba en el área de la piscina. Desde el segundo día de nuestra estadía, ya tenía nuestras toallas preparadas y nuestras sillas listas cada mañana. Ese tipo de atención personalizada hizo que nos sintiéramos verdaderamente bienvenidos. También queremos reconocer a Franyer, del equipo de entretenimiento, por su energía, entusiasmo y amabilidad durante toda nuestra visita. Tampoco queremos olvidar a nuestro mayordomo, Joan.
