Nos gustò muchisimo todo, las exelentes atenciones de todos, muy cordiales, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en lo que nesecitamos. Todo muy limpio, la comida exquisita, las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido, sin duda regresariamos otra vez!!!!

Live Aqua was absolutely perfect for our Honeymoon! The resort is very well kept with many food and activity options daily. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful whenever you need anything!

Great pool, beautiful beach, great food, only downfall was the bugs in the rooms. Had ants in one room so got moved and killed multiple roaches in that room. There was also roach bait set up around the room so it’s a common issue

This resort is a gem. 💎 The aesthetics, the spa, the Japanese interactive restaurant, the room, the staff were all a delight and a pleasure to be around. The only slight downside was the beach is non existent. I don’t care for beaches so didn’t bother me. And sadly, the only thing that didn’t work for us was the food. Food can truly be the make it or break it of a trip.. and as much as most of the food was bad and we got sick, I still gave a good rating cause we did enjoy everything else on empty stomach most days. There was also one restaurant that the food was great!! The Japanese. If we knew we would have booked that one all night! And ohhh come with proper shoes and sandals as most if not all the restaurants require that. That “one spa” was phenomenal!! The whole team at Finest - Excellence Club: Top notch! We loved our stay and appreciated them.
