Lo único que no me gustó de la habitación. Que me robaron dinero

I booked a Superior King Suite, but upon arrival we were given a room with two twin beds. Since I was traveling with my significant other, this was not what we paid for. It got worse when we discovered one of the beds had dirty sheets with red stains. We reported it immediately and were moved to another room, but that room had a strong wet dog odor and was even less acceptable. With no other options available, we were moved back to the original room. My girlfriend and I had to sleep in separate beds, and I ended up sleeping on the stained sheets. The following day, after returning from our excursions around 5 p.m., the hotel finally had the correct room ready for us. While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, we lost our entire first night dealing with room changes and unacceptable conditions instead of enjoying our vacation. Mistakes happen, but I believe some form of compensation is warranted. We didn’t receive the room we reserved, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and our first night as a couple was completely disrupted. The rest of our stay was enjoyable, but the way it started left a disappointing first impression.

Staff was amazing and the food surprises us, the room was good. It will be better if the toilet was separate. But in general we had an amazing and relaxing vacations. We stay at the coral level and upgraded to a front beach room. They also add a sargassum barrier and it really help us enjoy the beach.

The property was beautiful and the welcoming with the champagne was a nice touch. But first impressions matter and we had a problem at check in, so they had to switch us rooms twice. The supervisor Rafael ended up saving our night but it took very long to settle in. Has amazing amenities if you are traveling with kids. Make reservation on the specialty restaurants time ahead, otherwise you will need to pay lots of tip to skip the line. Room service was amazing. I liked the fact that they had a dress code for the main buffet. Overall I liked the hotel and I would repeat my visit
