"This was a return trip for us. Each experience is better than the last one. The property is fantastic. The rooms and pools are really well appointed and well kept. The grounds are immaculate. The beach is incredible. Our butler Leonel was very attentive and exceeded all of our expectations in every aspect of our stay. “Primo”. The breakfast hostess, Ana Maria, is always a delight and always greeted is with a smile every morning. Noemi is another hostess who makes meal time fun and enjoyable. Raffi at the Tiki Bar is a perennial favorite. All in all, this is a really great resort and the experience is really put over the top by the staff. Every person from the groundskeepers to the bartenders seems genuinely happy to be there and focused on making the guests experience positive in any way they can. Will be returning, 100%. "

"WORST. FOOD. EVER. I’ve been to many all inclusives, so my expectations were not high. The food at all of the restaurants was very sub-par. The buffet was passable, but unlike other all-inclusives, there was no dinner buffet (just breakfast & lunch), so you were stuck with one of the restaurants or - even worse - room service as dinner options. The staff were a mix of lovely and friendly, and very grumpy. I also noticed many people NOT tipping, which could contribute to the grumpiness. The room and grounds were very nice and clean, as were the pools, etc. The drinks were strong, which was a pleasant surprise. But again, I tipped the bartenders well! If it weren’t for the poor quality of the food, I would definitely return here. However, the food was so bad that I won’t be coming back. "

"Really nice trip, Resort has a nice relaxed vibe, good amenities, excellent beach, wonderful helpful staff. Suite have plenty of room for families. Although the bathroom and shower setups are a little awkward, because you need to step into main room out of shower, but we made it work. Our Beach attendant and bartender took care of us everyday, making sure we could relax, enjoy drinks and food right on the beach. Erik and Alexander were top notch, Rock Stars, they made us feel so comfortable and really took our vacation another level!! Thank you "
