"We loved our butler, Gabriel. He did everything he could to help make our stay enjoyable. Food was plentiful and we could always find something we liked. Club pools were immaculate and we had no trouble finding chairs near the pool or beach. The staff at this hotel are incredible and we’ll definitely return! Beautiful place!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! Please read the reviews on this resort, although it’s a “5 star” it DID NOT live up to its expectations! 3/4 of the staff were dismissive, in helpful and very rude! Cleaning staff stole120$ cash that was locked away! Security and Managment did not help with the situation, said the saw the cleaner go in but has no evidence they stole anything! I got food poising! We were ready to check out on day 5 out of the 9 day stay! The food was mediocre at best, and the drinks were nothing special! And Wifi did not work!! My wife ordered chicken nuggets, and what came out was deep fried carcus pieces, there was no meat just bone and sinew! Absolutely disgusting! This resort was an absolute waste of money and time! I urge anyone thinking of staying here to keep looking for other resorts! I can’t say enough negative things about this resort other than it was a hellhole."
