"We had a wonderful stay, highlighted by the truly amazing food. Every aspect of the experience—from the restaurants and buffets to the drinks and bars—was top-notch. While there was a persistent musty odor in our room throughout the trip, the excellent staff and amenities more than made up for it."

"Check-in was seamless, the staff was extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our room request (Thank you Francisco!). The room was clean, spacious, EXACTLY as pictured, with an incredible pool and town view. It conveniently has a bar and restaurant on site. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to stores and downtown. It is also central to nightlife, and I highly recommend!"

"The staff was courteous and helpful. It wasnt explained well where to check in and therefore I waited downstairs for an hour where I felt dismissed and wasnt given much direction when told to go upstairs. The room was nice as the pictures but some weird holes in walls... The difficulty in speaking to staff was hard at times English to Spanish, even with simple words. The food at the restaurant was really good. The prices were good as well. The housekeeper never cleaned our room and the phone did not work in the room to make request. "
