"No hot Tub :( They always left me with one towel short in the room :( They didn't refill my body wash in the shower dispenser :( The didn’t refill my mini bar fridge daily :( But overall it was a good place to spend Spring brake... :) "

"One of my children had a serious head injury at this hotel, which provides and unsafe environment for guests. The accident happened because an unsecured piece of furniture fell on my child. One staff member was helpful in the aftermath. Unfortunately the hotel refused to even offer a partial refund. Bottom line: Don’t go there with kids. It is dangerous."

"Worst experience ever! First they had me double pay for my son and currently going back and forth with hotel and Expedia for a refund. Entered our room sheets had mold on them reported it never changed our sheets we had to remove it ourselves and leave the sheets outside. Till the 3rd day they finally put clean ones. A/C made a horrible noise that we couldn’t sleep, room services had to call like 5 times to actually get what we requested. The only thing we don’t have any complaints about is the restaurant staff/waiter excellent customer service and every friendly. Don’t recommend staying at RIU Palace horrible place and they are the best thefts in the world. "

"Would not recommend. 1) Charge for lost pool towels. First day had my towel stolen from the chair when we were a couple feet away in the pool. 2) Have a cocktail menu, but most of the bartenders don't know how to make the majority of the drinks on it. 3) Have a beer menu with 4-5 beers, but when asked, only 1 was ever available. 4) Had to wait over an hour for our food at the Mexican restaurant, which requires reservations. 5) Ceiling started leaking on second day. Reported it to the front desk. No one every came to look at it. Water pooled in closet & floor in corner of the room. Luckily, it eventually stopped."
