"Prior to arriving at the Dreams Cap Cana we had read some reviews and quite frankly we were a little nervous. But once we arrived, and we had our first interaction with staff we could see we were in for a great vacation. We had booked for 10 nights and coming from a cold climate we were very much looking forward to the warm weather and relaxing days. Checkin was seamless and they upgraded us to the Premium Area ( nice touch). The rooms were very clean, spacious and our balcony had a nice view of the ocean. The next day we met up with our concierge for the week (Carlos) and he catered to us everyday, always inquiring if everything was going well and if we needed anything else to make our vacation better. When the Premium lounge didn’t have Canadian whiskey, the next day a bottle was in the lounge. The restaurants all had an abundance of different food options and for an all inclusive, the food always kept its flavour and every meal was enjoyable. The bars each offered their own appeal, where you never waited very long for a drink. The staff were always very attentive and polite. The Beach, all the posts we read prior to arriving were accurate about the beach, unfortunately it isn’t very swimable in front of the resort, but just a short walk and the beach’s were absolutely beautiful. For us this wasn’t an issue and we walked on the beach for an hour each day. We would stay here again. Thank you Carlos and the Dreams Cap Cana team, you made our vacation very enjoyable "

"Our family of 9 spent a week at Villa Daniela, and it was a wonderful week! The house is spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. Very close to the beach and Clubhouse. Pool was lovely. We had a chef and he was amazing… our meals were just wonderful. Andrea, one of the owners, was extremely helpful, and was readily available any time we needed anything or had questions. He helped us arrange outings, transportation, recommended restaurants, he couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. All in all, we had one of our best vacations ever, I would highly recommend Andrea and Silvia and their beautiful house, Villa Daniela. Elizabeth "

"The staff was outstanding, the food was great, and the workout facilities were top notch. There were many lovely pool options. However, the beach was a disappointment - clean and well maintained but the were rocks in the water and the beach was cramped with an insufficient supply of umbrellas"

"Our recent trip with four couples was nothing short of spectacular—everyone agreed it was a truly fantastic stay.When we walked into the home, everyone was impressed! It’s huge & clearly designed for chilling out or hosting a group. The view from inside, looking over the sparkling pool & emerald golf course, was spectacular—way better than your average "home away from home."For dinners our group sat around the huge dining table, (easily seats 16), for hours, while our hired chef prepared exceptional meals. We cooked our own breakfast & lunches in the well-stocked chef's dream kitchen. The appliances are top end, with excellent cookware & dishware. Everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal.The bedrooms & bath/showeres great. Individual A/C and plenty of pressure and hot water. Evenings were spent chilling poolside, under the cabana or in the hot tub.One of the best parts of our trip was the incredible support from the property owner, Curtis. If this is your first time in Cap Cana, Curtis is your go-to person for everything.His connections made our stay exceptional. From transport, stocking the house, hiring a professional chef and staff, and arranging golf carts, he was truly an awesome resource. Additionally, he kept it easy. I would recommend connecting with him early during the trip planning, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation.Out of all the Caribbean spots we’ve visited, Cap Cana has truly impressed us with how safe and secure it feels."

"Let me start by saying how absolutely stunning this home is. The design, the setting, and the overall atmosphere are truly beautiful.When our group of 20 arrived and discovered the home was not quite “rental ready,” to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. However, what could have been a major setback turned into a testament to outstanding hospitality. Alix was already waiting for us with a solution and a clear plan in place. Within a short time, they arranged for us to move to La Palma 78, which comfortably accommodated our entire group.From there, everything exceeded expectations. The staff — especially Endry and the chef — were truly 10 out of 10. If we could give them a higher score, we absolutely would. The food and service were hands down the best we’ve ever experienced. Every meal was exceptional, and the attention to detail made our stay unforgettable.While our trip didn’t start exactly as planned, the way the team handled the situation with professionalism and care made all the difference.
