"This is a beautiful resort. Our room smelled weird on arrival but everything else about the room was nice, view etc. The staff is all incredibly kind and were great with my teen sons, throwing a baseball and playing volleyball. On our next visit we would definitely upgrade to a preferred room as there are more food choices at that level. I don't love buffets and that is the main food choice available for breakfast and lunch. There is a great coffee shop though that sells sandwiches and pastries and cakes that we started going to instead of the buffet and that worked out great. We loved sitting on the beach, we could always find seats with shade and there was a great breeze."

" Worst experience ever. From the very beginning, “no” seemed to be the staff’s favorite word. We were constantly told that reservations were unavailable and that the restaurant would be fully booked for days. It felt unwelcoming and frustrating. However, I want to highlight Ricardo, Alejandro, and Frank, who provided the best customer service during our stay. They truly made an effort to help us with everything, including finding a way to get us into the restaurant despite being told it was impossible—especially Lilly, who went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. At checkout, when we expressed our concerns, the response we received was dismissive, suggesting it was “probably our perception because we were Hispanic,” which was extremely inappropriate and concerning. My friends and I traveled from Florida with high expectations, but we left feeling let down. This hotel seems to focus more on appearances than on genuine hospitality and respectful customer service. "

"Beautiful condo, exactly as shown in pictures. The entire complex is clean, well groomed and very well maintained. Good quality bed linens and towels which we always appreciate. This condo has a million-dollar view of the beach, ocean and pool-absolutely stunning. Kelly was a pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond to any queries we may have had. Excellent information provided with regard to accessing the property as well as helpful general information about services and amenities available in Cap Cana. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. "
