"Terrible customer service. Dirty and very humid rooms. Horrible food buffet the food in this hotel is very limited. People that work there are very rude. The hotel lacks of hospitality. Never will Go back to Punta Cana"

"El hotel está lejos a 40 minutos del aeropuerto, pero no tuvimos ningún inconveniente, la registracion del hotel lo veo que hace falta más empleados son habían 3 y delante de mi había solo 4 personas pero eran en grupo entonces tuve que esperar 1 hora para que me atendieran , esto es el único inconveniente que vi en el hotel, todo fue excelente buena atención, muy limpio etc etc etc"

"Some of the bar staff wasn’t very friendly. I also overheard them making fun of guests. I thought it was terrible that you have to pay to play a pool game in the sports bar. If you’re at the pool or the beach, not many people come up to you and ask you if you need another drink. There was a broken part in the bathroom and the safe wasn’t working. We had to ask someone to come in. We did see a roach and the worker thought it was funny so I’m not sure why. These are a few things that we learned to help you out. Music wasn’t played at all times if you didn’t bring your own speaker there really wasn’t music unless there was an activity."

"The Hotel itself was absolutely amazing! For me the downfall was the food, they’re claiming they are a 5⭐️ hotel the has to be on point! Very disappointed! Had to make a reservation for every restaurant and the hotel app. Not very user friendly."
