"Hotel facilities are great, rooms needs to be updated. Food cleaning facilities and staff are the best."

"We went for 3 nights and booked the master suite. We were supposed to have “VIP” treatment with a butler and all that good stuff. First- We had to wait hours for our room to be ready. -When we finally go to the room, No towels, wash clothes, blankets (for pull out bed), no beverages in the kitchenette. -Our butler was not very helpful -Our hot tub was broken we had to pester them to come fix it, then when they did the water was not warming up -The TV remotes BARELY worked, the WIFI was horrible -The resort was DEAD (we went end of April) -The food was okay 5.5/10 -The service at some of the restaurants were not it, they couldn’t really communicate well with us and their attitudes were not it -The hotel’s architecture was super confusing and exhausting, it took us about 30 mins to even find one of the restaurants Overall, we overpaid for VIP treatment and it was just a stressful stay. Wouldn’t return."

"Staff were great! Samual the bar staff, was amazing and well as Dianna, they were extremely observant and helpful, who made our stay more enjoyable. Clean room every day. Entertainment every night.The coffee shop had very good coffee, was pretty surprise. Food was pretty decent, just wish there was more dinning options, but Overall, I had a wonderful vacation! We enjoyed it!"
