"La habitación que se había pagado no fue la Aque nos brindaron. No tenían variedad de carnes. Cuarto un poco descuidado enseres con mal mantenimiento. El aire de la habitación. No se sentía. Frío Los jugos no son naturales sabor artificial y la cerveza. Local tenía otro sabor. Lo demás estuvo regular"

"Absolutely beautiful resort. Food is good at buffets and restaurants are top quality. Customer service deserves a 10/10. Extremely clean, and pools are really good. AC isn’t that great in the rooms, and a bit of trouble with opening the door to suite room. Aside from that, I am 100% coming back! Worth every penny "

"Our stay was amazing! If you are looking for a relaxing stay in Punta Cana, the TRS resort is the place for you. We had an amazing stay, the staff was very friendly, the resort was clean and well-kept, and the food was very good. Our butler Edward, was beyond amazing as well and provided us with exceptional service. He was there to cater to all of our needs and even arranged for off-site shopping. The Chic dinner and cabaret was outstanding! Lastly, the resort had plenty of restaurants, and the trolley drivers were always there to accommodate a ride. Jacob, one of the drivers, always went above and beyond, even on one of the days it was raining, and he dropped us off at the restaurant under a covered space. Thank you, TRS, for amazing staff and for an exceptional stay! "

"What a lovely property and the people are amazing! We will look forward to going back again. The a/c in the rooms needs attention. There also needs to be a/c in the restaurants especially the signature building in the middle of the lake."

"Security during check out on 5/12/2026 around 12pm at the gate and at the lobby were not helpful and rude. We carried our own luggages to our car when it was time to head to the airport."
