"Not going back to this place. Needs improvement with food taste, food variety, service etc. They need to train their staff more about service, hospitality and friendliness. Lazy river or pool were murky and dirty. Cleanliness is very important esp you are in food service ie plastic cups / glasses need a thorough wash and not supposed to have lip marks or greasy finger prints left on the glasses. Food attendant must be aware of proper food handling ie grabbing tip money with your gloved hand and then grab the food and serve it to your guests is unhygenic. Lack of training looks like it stems from the very highest level. Service in any form is sloooooow. Be prepared to wait for an hour for your main course to be served. And, oh btw, they need to train their reception staff as well. Imagine checking in your guest with non knowledgeable and untrained reception staff. Failing to explain resort policy to new guests. On the positive note, they have a nice coffee shop and the beach is clean and well maintained. "

"The pools were amazing and the beach. The foods were delicious and a wide variety to choose from. However, the rooms were not as expected. Hair drier wasnt woking. The scent from the towel and bed sheets weren't too pleasant. More can be done to make room smells better. Exposed phone wires. Broken and rusty furniture need to be relaced with new and better ones. Staff was amazing!! Our stay was a good one expect for the quality of room provided."

"Terrible place, stay clear! Completely overpriced and nothing is related to luxury here. I’ve never seen a place that is do badly run. Rudest and most incompetent staff ever, mediocre food, cockroach infested rooms, and when we arrived they wanted another 1800 dollars as they said that I registered the kids as infants. My reservation clearly shows that they are registered as children. What a scam this is, stay clear! "

"This is a very basic, standard Dominican resort. The food is adequate—nothing special, but you’ll find something to eat. The rooms are simple, clean, and include the essentials plus a minibar, but don’t expect anything luxurious. There is no bell service, so be prepared to carry your own luggage. The pools are nice and enjoyable. The beach is decent, but there are no umbrellas—only palm trees for shade. This may be fine for some, but not ideal for fair-skinned guests who need more consistent sun protection. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to relax, swim, and enjoy the weather, this resort does the job. However, if you expect upscale amenities or gourmet dining, this is not the right choice. Major concern – safety: One night, the fire alarm went off at 4:20 AM. There were no staff in the hallways directing guests, and many people stayed in their rooms unsure of what to do. When we reached the lobby, there was no one at the front desk. Eventually, a staff member arrived, gave an explanation in Spanish, and simply said “everything’s fine” when asked to explain in English. Thankfully, it was a false alarm, but in a real emergency, the lack of staff presence and communication could have led to a catastrophic outcome in a real fire. This is a serious issue that needs improvement. Overall, an okay stay, but the safety concern cannot be overlooked."
