"Amazing stay from the start. When we arrived we were placed in a 2 queen room, we booked a Kimg room, our butler Lizandro IMMEDIATELY got the problem resolved and we were put in am amazing room the following day. Every single restaurant and bar went above and beyond. Every staff member and a smile on their face and could immediately answer any questions we had. We did not utilize our butler much but he always stayed in touch in case we needed anything . The rooms were cleaned 2 times a day. We will definitely be booking again "

"Ocean blue and sand had very comfortable beds and rooms. The staff was kind and helpful, but did have people trying to sell us things daily. We did the privileged service and our butler was amazing. The property is big so we did have to walk quite a bit to dinners. They had shuttles come around but they were never there when we needed them. All in all I would return to ocean blue or book another H10 hotel"
