"The all inclusive feature regarding food and beverages was excellent! The staff kept the room and grounds clean. The good rating on the room is because the bed was hard making it difficult to sleep comfortably. We constantly had to ask for washcloths and was told "later" later was always in an excess of 3 hours time or not at all. One very annoying occurrence was staff members in the lobby continuously asking us to sign up for a "rewards tour" which really was a 90 minute timeshare presented as a way to obtain an amenity."

"my wife and I were locked in bathroom sliding door didnt work..elevator broke.. pushy rude time share guy (Francios) ...pizza was horrible .. dinner and breakfast was ok...no inter tubes for lazy river... overall I would not stay there again"

Only issue was we paid for horseback riding and they changed the time to later in the day and we could not do it so we wanted to cancel it and get a refund which they said they could do. And I have yet to receive my refund yet. If anybody can help out please reach out."

"Great resort for the price. I really liked the buffet. The steakhouse was ok but had a terrible vegan option. The Italian restaurant was small and bland portions. We were able to get reservations easily but had to download WhatsApp. There were plenty of things to do. The pools were great and rooms clean. Staff were hit or miss. Some were friendly and others were not inviting. "
