"Piero as a Villa Manager was very easy to work with, McKenzie was awesome at the house and the rest of the Staff were wonderful. Chef made amazing meals for us all weekend and we just had a great time around Punta Cana both while we were out and especially while we were at Villa Pandora. Our first room had a few issues, but the Butler chief Franklin made sure to have that rectified and even upgraded our room. He was absolutely wonderful throughout.
