Quiero hacer una mención especial al gerente, Alexis López cuya atención al detalle y liderazgo es evidente en cada rincón del hotel, se nota que su equipo está motivado y trabaja con una pasión increíble. ​Cada interacción, desde el personal de recepción, el.concierge Raphy, los camareros en los restaurantes, los bartenders en resumidas cuentas todo el personal, fue de atención de primera, me hicieron sentir como un huésped VIP y, más importante aún, como si estuviera visitando amigos.
