"Cockroaches in the room, shower is broken. Impossible to swim in the ocean as its one big parking for boats and water full of oil/diesel. Swimming pools are good, but Kids park is very old and rusty"

"For starters the food was amazing! The staff were half decent, rude, and RACIST. When they think you can’t speak Spanish they say rude things about you in Spanish. Upon leaving the resort the staff made my group go through the detectors multiple times and accused us of stealing towels from them. Once they realized we didn’t steal they gave no apology and proceeded to keep us at the hotel in the driveway until they found all the check out tickets that THEY misplaced due to their accusations. Don’t think I’ll be returning due to the rude staff. My swim up room was splendid and again so was the food. I wish the staff had more etiquette."

"The resort is beautiful, the staff is hit or miss if they are helpful or not. The resort is large so use the tram system that goes around to get places. We were given the wrong type of room initially, then went back to the lobby and received the right rooms. I attempted to purchase a bed at the beach and could not find any staff or anyone to help me, so I cancelled it. I was scammed by one of the many people on the beach selling "excursions" they told me one price and charged my card 2x what was agreed. The food was excellent, the pool was wonderful, the drinks were good."

"This was our first time experiencing an all inclusive resort so I don’t have anything to compare to. Check in was awful, rude employees would tell us to step up then walk away and wouldn’t help us. Took over 30 min for someone to finally help. They weren’t very clear on policies and instructions, especially for newbies. Food was ok, just edible enough so we weren’t hungry. Anytime we grabbed corn on the cob, it wasn’t cooked all the way and was very hard. Boat rentals were awesome! Water aerobics and zoomba were great and the staff was entertaining! I wish we got a rundown of the map better. We would have loved to rent a cabana on the adults only area but didn’t know it was there until the second to last day and they were all booked. If you want to watch any tv, bring a fire stick or something because we got maybe 2 English channels and we asked for help but no one came. Carlos was a great service to us though! From other frequent all inclusive resort go-ers, they said this was the best one they’ve been too!"

"This resort clearly invested heavily in appearances—the property is beautiful and feels luxurious at first glance, and the food was generally good. Unfortunately, that’s where the “luxury” experience ends. Service and operations fall well short. Our check-in was delayed, and after being told to return at 3pm, we waited another 1.5 hours in the lobby while staff stalled. Key information was never shared: how to book restaurants, the need for towel cards, and even the card required to use the safe (we went three days without one). What should have been minor issues became daily frustrations because the lobby is far from most of the resort. We had to go back every day to fix problems that should have been handled at check-in. Our room keys also deactivated mid-stay. Service was inconsistent. Pool bar staff were rude and reluctant to make basic cocktails—multiple times we ordered margaritas and were pushed toward beer instead. Even more off-putting was the aggressive pressure to leave reviews. At checkout and at a restaurant, staff repeatedly insisted we complete reviews on the spot despite polite refusals. Individually these are small issues, but when something goes wrong every day, it reflects poor management. A beautiful property that prioritizes looking luxurious over delivering a truly relaxing experience. "
