"We had a great overall stay at the resort, but one of the biggest frustrations was making reservations for the restaurants. It was extremely difficult to get a reservation because the restaurants open up availability to Privilege guests first, which made it challenging for everyone else to find a time that worked. I definitely think the reservation system could be improved to make dining options feel more accessible to all guests. That said, I want to give a special shout-out to Carlos, our waiter at the buffet! He was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcomed. His excellent service really stood out and made our dining experience much more enjoyable. Carlos is truly an asset to the resort! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the restaurant reservation process could definitely use some improvement."

"Staffs were polite, friendly, and helpful. Services over all was good, but some service members lack of the ability to communicate English make it hard for guest to make proper request. Not all bartender are the same, in term of bartending abilities. Need better beer selection. We only have access to Heineken, Coors, and Presidente. Foods selection and variety was good, but food can get over salty. If you are a light salt eater, you need to beware. Chef at restaurant will cook to the seasoning amount to your taste if you are able to communicate to them and they understand you. Overall, I am satisfied with my trip here. My children and family had fun."
